Session Structure and Duration
The number of and duration of booked sessions will vary depending on individual need, usually sessions are around 45 to 60 minutes Typically Smoking Cessation requires three sessions of between of 45-60 minutes each. Deeper emotional issues may require more sessions of varying duration.
Prior to any work together you would be asked to agree to certain terms and conditions and sign an agreement form.
